SYNAQUA® 2070

Arkema

Description :
Based on 58% renewable raw materials, SYNAQUA® 2070 has been developed primarily for use in interior undercoats formulations. However, it is also suitable for other applications such as matt paints, exterior primers for wood and wood oils, woodstains or metal and corrosion resistant primers.
Synaqua® 2070 is formulated without alkylphenolethoxylates, and is ammonia-, solvent- and plasticiser- free.
Vegetable ingredients such as fatty acids and oils from seeds or wood are part of the building blocks used to produce traditional alkyd resins for decorative and industrial coatings.
On the strength of its expertise in alkyd chemistry, Arkema has developed a full range of waterborne alternatives, made from 40% to more than 97% renewable raw materials, capable of replacing solventborne in many demanding applications.
