Ocalio™ is an innovative new bioplastic – a type of biobased plastic made partly from plant materials (biomass). Made from cellulose acetate derived from wood pulp, Ocalio™ is sustainable and renewable.

Ocalio™ can be used for any application that currently uses a traditional fossil-based plastic. Its unique qualities are particularly suitable for packaging in the beauty product and food sectors as well as special high demand markets including IT and mobile telephony, and consumer goods such as glasses frames.
